The best way to contact us is by email: support@pdfnaro.com. We read every message and aim to reply within a couple of business days. To help us respond quickly, please include:

• Which tool you were using (for example, Merge PDF or Compress PDF).
• What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
• Your browser and device (for example, Chrome on Windows, or Safari on iPhone).

Please don’t send us your files

Every tool on PDFnaro processes your documents locally, in your own browser — nothing is ever uploaded to us. That means we have no access to your files and no way to see or recover anything you worked on. For your own privacy, please never attach your documents to a support email. A clear description of the problem is all we need to help.
